The Li Family Herbal Comfort Patch is inspired by traditional external-use practices. It does not contain cooling or heating agents, has no strong odor, and is designed to feel gentle and comfortable without interfering with daily life.
2. How do I use it?
Apply to clean, dry skin. Wear each patch for no longer than 24 hours. After removal, allow the skin to rest for 6–8 hours before applying a new one. Multiple patches may be applied at the same time if needed to cover larger or different areas.
3. Can I use it every day?
Yes. Daily use is possible, but please monitor your skin condition and avoid prolonged application on the same area. Individual comfort levels may vary.
4. Who should not use this patch?
· Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals.
· Anyone allergic to sesame oil (an ingredient in the patch).
· People with broken, irritated, or diseased skin.
· If you have sensitive skin, we recommend a small patch test before full application.
5. What if I experience itching or redness?
A small number of people with sensitive skin may notice mild irritation, such as itching or redness. If this happens, remove the patch and clean the area. Discontinue use if discomfort persists.
6. How should I store the patches?
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each patch is individually packaged for hygiene and portability. No refrigeration is required.
7. Does it have a strong smell?
No. The patch has a mild, natural herbal aroma without the sharp or medicinal odor common to many topical products. It is discreet for use at work, during travel, or at home.
8. Is the product tested?
Yes. Our products are produced under controlled conditions with quality checks for raw materials, cleanliness, and skin compatibility.
9. How do I remove any residue after use?
Some herbal residue may remain on the skin after removing the patch. This can be easily cleaned with a wet wipe, alcohol pad, or soap and water.
