Reture & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (personal and health-related items), we can only accept returns or exchanges for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be in its original, unopened condition.
 - 
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
 
Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@herbali.life with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@herbali.life.
We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us to arrange the process.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
